This supportive & fun 14 day boot camp is to help you jumpstart your fitness journey in just 30 minutes a day with dumbbell-only workouts.
Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our workouts are perfect for anyone looking to tone their muscles, burn calories, and get in shape.
No gym membership or expensive equipment needed - all you need is a pair of dumbbells and 30 minutes of your time!
Our group includes 2 weeks of workouts, with each day focusing on a different muscle group.
Each workout is done on a Facebook LIVE video at 9am EST, but saved inside the group for 24 hours if you can't make it to the live!
- Monday: Lower Body
- Tuesday: Upper Body
- Wednesday: Full Body Fat Burning Circuit
- Thursday: Lower Body
- Friday: Upper Body
