The Difference Between My Boot Camp & The Millions Out There:
By now you've probably seen a bunch of fitness boot camps. They are everywhere! I don't believe one program is better than the other, because if you are moving your body THAT is what matters! However, this is how I structure my program:
- Heavily focused on teaching you correct form and giving you form cues/reminders throughout the workout.
- Feels like we are working out together when it's done on a live video!
- The group atmosphere keeps everyone motivated! You get notifications when I go live & you can see everyone completeting their workout.
- We keep it SHORT & SIMPLE! 30 Minutes/6 Exercises a Workout. They don't seem like a lot, but you'll be sore in the best way!
I created these boot camps back in 2020 as a way to provide workouts to more women on an affordable scale while keeping the community aspect so we didn't feel alone. They have been so fun and a highly requested program!!

WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Workouts are done LIVE Monday-Friday. They are 30 minutes and are saved inside the group for 24 hours incase you can't make it to the live! Please come to the workout warmed up & ready to go!
- Monday: Leg Day (6am PST/9am EST)
- Tuesday: Arms (6am PST/9am EST)
- Wednesday: REST Or Pre Recorded Full Body
- Thursday: Leg Day (6am PST/9am EST)
- Friday: Arms (6am PST/9am EST)
Each week you have 2 leg day workouts, 2 upper body workouts, 1 full body, and I provide you with ab workouts you can do!
